1. What is included in the price?
• Your apartment will have been professionally cleaned ready for your arrival complete with quality linen and towels. We do recommend, however, that you bring your own beach towels.
• We can arrange additional cleaning/laundry for you if required – contact us for a quotation.
• Final cleaning is also included but we request that you leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
• All services are included – water, electricity and gas (where applicable), local taxes.
• Welcome packs – please let us know your requirements so that we can let you have a quotation.
• GUARANTEE – Our quoted price for your holiday is fully inclusive – no hidden extras!
2. What facilities are there for babies/infants?
• La Herradura – one cot and one high chair
• Umbria – one cot
• Tuscany – No facilities available
3. Which airports are the most convenient?
• La Herradura – Malaga (45 mins) Granada (90 mins) Almeria
• Umbria – Rome (Ciampino and Fiumcino) (1.5 hours,) Perugia, Florence, Pisa.
• Tuscany – Pisa (35 mins) Florence, Genoa
4. Can we self drive?
• Of course, ample free parking at all locations – why not have a two centre holiday in Italy.
5. Will we need to hire a car?
• La Herradura – Highly recommended but not essential – beach and shops 10 mins walk. We can arrange taxi pick up from Airport at approx €75 each way.
• Umbria – Essential as there is a 2.4 km ‘white road’ after turning off the main SS71
• Tuscany – Highly recommended although not essential. Easy taxi service available from airport
6. Where can we buy food?
• La Herradura – Numerous local shops and a fresh food market in La Herradura. (10 mins walk) Larger supermarkets in Almunecar, Motril and Torrox.
• Umbria – Several local shops in Ficulle (10 mins drive) Larger supermarkets in Fabro Scalo and Orvieto Scalo.
• Tuscany – Several local shops in Palaia (10 mins drive) Larger supermarkets in Pontederra.
7. What train services are there?
• La Herradura – No trains available
• Umbria – Orvieto Scalo (20 mins) is on the mail line network, I hour by ‘rapido’ train to Florence and Rome
• Tuscany – Several nearby stations (e.g.Pontedera) to Pisa, Florence etc.
8. Can we cook, BBQ and eat outside?
• La Herradura – Ample terrace space – charcoal BBQ available
• Umbria – Ample terrace space – charcoal BBQ available
• Tuscany – No private outside area (1st floor apartment) but the central courtyard and the 2 pools provide plenty of sitting out/lounging space.
9. Are there any local restaurants/bars?

10. Is there a Swimming Pool?
• La Herradura – guests have the use of the owner’s private pool on the floor above.
• Umbria – scheduled for completion Summer/Autumn 2009. Lido in Fabro Scalo.
• Tuscany – one large pool and one smaller pool.
11. Is Heating/Air Con available?
• La Herradura Yes
• Umbria Yes
• Tuscany Yes
12. Is there a Washing Machine?
• La Herradura Yes on the upper terrace
• Umbria Yes
• Tuscany No (Laundry service available or laundry in local village)
13. Is there a TV/DVD and Internet Connection?
• La Herradura - TV (Free to air stations only) DVD & CD player Internet connection

14. What equipment is there in the Kitchen?

• Umbria – Gas Hob/Electric Oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster.
• Tuscany – Electric Hob, Microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer.
15. What is the suitablility for elderly/disabled etc.?
• La Herradura – One flight of stairs to 1st floor apartment (one level)
• Umbria – Ground floor apartment but steps outside down to this level.
• Tuscany – One flight of stairs to 1st floor apartment (one level)
